We guarantee your satisfaction with all our merchandise. You may return any products within 7 days, include your receipt, and we will exchange it for merchandise of an equal value. You must phone or email us to inform us that you are returning an item or items. Items will not be accepted for return after 7 days of receiving your order, so we encourage you to check carefully when items arrive. Returned items must be unworn or unused and still have all tags or labels attached. If you receive a damaged or a defective item, we will send you a replacement product once you have returned the damaged or defective product. There will be no additional shipping charge or handling fee for any product that requires replacement as a result of being damaged or defective due to shipments. It is NOT business policy to issue cash refunds.

You can exchange your returned item for another of equal value at our showroom or by sending it back in the mail. If you'd like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we'll charge you the difference.
